Retirement & Estate Planning
All active AmCap team members, 21 or older are eligible to participate in the plan. Participation begins on first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Salary Commitment Plan
The salary commitment plan provides a sum of money to a team member’s family upon death of the team member. This is in addition to any insurance policy you may have purchased. (This is not an insurance policy.)
Assistance is offered in creating a will or purchasing insurance through AmCap’s affiliated business network.
