ABOUT LAURA HAINES

After earning a BS in Business Management/Marketing and working in a few different fields, Laura Haines found a passion for the mortgage industry in operations and pre-processing before moving into mortgage origination as a loan officer. Learning the business from the processing side provided Laura with the ability to think outside the box and solve some of the more challenging situations that have been presented to her by clients wanting home financing.

To make the home loan process progress smoother and more transparent, Laura is available anytime to answer any questions that may arise throughout the loan process. She understands that working full-time and raising a family is a priority for many of her clients and that the only time they get to respond to information and document requests is after hours. Laura has built her business by building trust with her clients through exceptional customer service, helping them feel more comfortable knowing she is always just a phone call away.

To help first-time home buyers and lower-income individuals achieve home ownership, Laura is certified with SETH (5 Star Texas Advantage Program), the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSHAC), and the Texas Department of Housing Community Affairs (TDHCA). Laura specializes in first-time home buyer programs, conventional mortgages, FHA home loans, jumbo mortgages, and VA home loans for veterans and active military.
