My name is Dale H. and I am writing you in regards to Terry Keeton. Terry was my loan officer for my home loan. I walked into this situation with no hope of being able to get approved for a loan. All my friends were warning me about loan officers as being dishonest and untruthful. I saw Terry’s website, and started to apply, then just thought “forget it, this is a waste of time “. I closed the browser. I then thought over it for awhile and called Terry on the phone. I cannot express how much I appreciated his efforts.  I have not gained a personal contact; I have gained a family friend. We had an adjustable rate mortgage with an already double digit rate which could go much higher in the coming months. Without Terry’s help our only options would have been to sell or go into foreclosure with our mortgage payments becoming unaffordable. Thanks to Terry we were able to refinance our home with an interest rate at half of what it used to be. We will save well over $100k because of Terry.
